Purchase Contract

You will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order when the order is placed. This email does not constitute acceptance of the order but rather is only an acknowledgement. A contract of purchase will not be formed until you receive a follow-up confirmation email from us stating that the order has been processed, filled, and/or shipped. Only the goods listed in the confirmation email about shipment will be included in the contract. Please note that we reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, at any time prior to shipment, including but not limited to instances where the ordered goods are out of stock, or where we have reason to believe that the order is fraudulent or otherwise invalid. In such cases, we will notify you via email and provide a full refund for the cancelled portion of the order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This email will serve as proof of shipment and will include details on how to track your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete, as we cannot be held liable for any delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information. Modifications to the Services and Prices

Smile Sealer makes every effort to guarantee that all pricing, details, and descriptions which appear on the website are accurate and up to date. However, errors may occur. If so, we will inform you as soon as possible and correct the situation by either giving you the choice to reconfirm your updated order or cancel it. We will assume you wish to cancel the order, and will do so, if we are unable to contact you. Under these circumstances, you will receive a full refund if you cancel but have already paid in full for the order. It can take up to 5 business days to see the refund reflected to your original payment method. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modifications, price changes, or cease of a service.
